PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Juniper 

Juniperus communis

Produced in Northern Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and France. Traditionally used to combat epidermic; a carminative and diuretic to treat flatulence, colic, intestinal/ gastrointestinal infections, acute cystitis and rheumatic pain. Clinical studies reported it's antispasmodic and diuretic effect has reputable therapeutic actions on the urinary, lymphatic and integumentary system.

Scent - Middle note

Fresh, rich-balsamic, woody, driving to the mind- distilled from the berries.

THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES

Carminative, depurative, detoxifying, litholytic (dissolve stones), rubefacient, pancreatic tonic, stomachic.

RECOMMENDED INDICATIONS

Acne, cellulite, cystitis, lymphatic congestion, psoriasis, pyelitis, rheumatism, urinary stones, weeping eczema.

THERAPEUTIC USAGE

Topical application - massage, compression, bath, sitz bath, douche, skincare;

Inhalation- direct inhalation, diffusion, vaporisation.

Vaporiser oil 

Juniper freshness warms and stimulate intellectual ability. A woody, fresh scent blends well with woody note; cedarwood, sandalwood or needles- cypress or balsamic- vetiver and patchouli. 

Switch on vaporiser to the maximum, add a few drops of Juniper oil alone or with blended essence according to the area size and intensity, and allow the oil to evaporate to saturate the environment. Ensure all windows and doors are closed.

SAFETY GUIDELINES 

Contra-indicated during pregnancy or kidney disease. General regarded as safe. Perform patch and/or scent test before use. For any skin allergic reactions, run tap water or cool compress on affected areas until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid sunlight and keep children out of reach.

Essential oils are not safe to apply on the skin undiluted nor to consume any small amounts which can cause significant poisoning.
