For daily prevention, dab or roll blended essence on corners of the nose or below the nose. 

Oil Vaporisation

To disinfect and purify an environment, switch on a vaporiser to the maximum, add a few drops of blended essence according to the area size and intensity, and allow oil to evaporate. Ensure all window and door is closed.

Steam Inhalation

For a more intense action, add one to two drops of blended essence to a steam inhaler or a bowl of hot steaming water, place your head over the steam, taking slow deep breaths to allow the evaporated steam to destroy any pathogen activity along the paranasal sinus canal.

Diffuser Inhalation

For daily prevention, remove the pad from the brooch or clip on car or pendant or magnetic mask diffuser and add 1-2 drops blended essence to the pad, and secure accordingly before use.  

Nasal Inhalation

Remove the cap and cotton wick from the bottom of the nasal inhaler, saturate the cotton wick with the blended essence and secure the cap accordingly. To use, hold the stick up to the child nostril and gently inhale deeply for a few times and repeat with the other nostril. The essence will quickly descend via the airways to enhance breathing, increasing nasal airflow, and potentially relieving congestion.

Mist Disinfectant

A more natural and safe way to maintain a clean the environment for your and your family. To disinfect and sanitise an area, add 5 drops of blended essence to bottle filled with 20 ml of acid water or its equivalent, shake the bottle vigorously and use as a single or multiple spray accordingly.

Perform patch and/or scent test before use. For any skin allergic reactions, run tap water or cool compress on affected areas until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid sunlight and keep children out of reach.

Essential oils are not safe to apply on the skin undiluted nor to consume any small amounts which can cause significant poisoning.

Do not drop oils on any face mask.
