Scent- Fresh lemony, stimulating

Basil essential oil- cephalic, nervine, anti-depressant- alleviates intellectual fatigue; Grapefruit essential oil- stimulant- uplifting, reviving and clears lethargic; Lemon essential oil- brain stimulant- uplifting and calming, overcome mental fatigue.

BLENDED ESSENCE

Bath / Shower

To instil boldness, take a daily inspirational shower with five drops blended essence to a 20 ml neutral shower gel; or immersing in a relaxing warm bath tub filled with warm steaming water with five to ten drops blended essence for fifteen to thirty minutes.

Direct Inhalation

For a more intense action, add one-two drops of blended essence on a palm, rub both palms together vigorously, cup over the nose and inhale deeply; or drop to tissue; or dab on the pad of a pendant diffuser and inhale deeply by taking slow breaths. Use whenever necessary or as directed by a consultant. 

For a direct and quick response, place inhaler above your lip, slowly take deep breathe via your nostril and exhale via the mouth.Use as directed by a consultant.

Liniment

To relieve nervous exhaustion, dab or roll blended essence on the temples, behind the wrists and at the back of the earlobes whenever necessary or as directed by a consultant.

Vaporisation

To create a sensational ambience, add a few drops of blended essence according to the area size and intensity you desired and allow the oil to saturate the environment. Ensure all windows and doors are closed.      

Contra indication during pregnancy. Perform patch or scent test before use. For allergic reactions, immediately run tap water on area until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, dry and cool place, away from sunlight and keep children out of reach.

Essential oils are not safe to consume and can cause significant poisoning even if small amounts are ingested.
