Citrus paradisi 

Produced by USA, West Indies, Brazil, Israel and Nigeria. Clinical studies reported it has anti-microbial activity and a potent stimulant oil for the lymphatic system.

SCENT- Top note

Fresh citrus. sweet, uplifting and reviving -expressed from the peel of the fruit rind.

 Antimicrobial, diuretic, astringent, depurative, disinfectant, lymphatic stimulant, venous tonic.

Cellulitis, lymphatic congestion, obesity, oily skin, water retention, varicose veins.

Topical application - massage, compression, bath, skin care;                                                          

Inhalation - direct inhalation, diffusion, vaporisation.

Vaporiser oil 

Grapefruit has an uplifting and reviving effect on nervous exhaustion. A fresh and fruity paradise dips well with basil, blackpepper, ginger, rosemary and thyme.

Vaporise a few drops of Grapefruit essential oil alone or with blended essence according to the area size and intensity, and allow the oil to evaporate to saturate the environment. Ensure all windows and doors are closed.

The oil is not photo toxic to humans and general regarded as safe. Perform patch and/or scent test before use. For any skin allergic reactions, run tap water or cool compress on affected areas until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid sunlight and keep children out of reach.

Essential oils are not safe to apply on the skin undiluted nor to consume any small amounts which can cause significant poisoning.
