SPA Gouthry synergic blend of natural anti-inflammatory and depurative properties to break down and dissolved crystallised uric acids deposited in the joints especially at the base of the big toes. This blend offers a quick relief to swelling and painful conditions.

1.BLENDED ESSENCE

Footbath

To relieve swelling and inflammation, add five drops of blended essence to a bucket filled with hand warm tepid water and immerse the feet into the water for at fifteen minutes or more.

Hot Compression

To breakdown uric acids, apply a drop of blended essence directly on the affected areas, add another two drops into a bowl of warm water, saturate a hand towel, wring off excess water and, compress the towel on the affected areas; or apply a hot pack. Repeat the procedures if necessary or as directed by a consultant.

2.  BLENDED OIL

Pre blended with sweet almond carrier oil which has high nutritious minerals for topical application.

Liniment / Massage

To prevent inflammation and uric acid deposit, apply blended oil daily on the affected areas with light massage.

Contra-indicated during pregnancy. Perform patch and/or scent test before use. For any skin allergic reactions, run tap water or a cool compress on affected areas until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid sunlight and keep children out of reach.

Essential oils are not safe to apply on the skin undiluted nor to consume any small amounts which can cause significant poisoning.
