Nasal Inhaler is one of aromatherapy natural popular techniques used to offer a faster approach to relief nasal congestion. These nasal inhalers come in small, discreet tubes for on-the-go aromatherapy.

1.  INHALE THERAPY

I1-NASAL INHALER PET 

Slide the bottom part of the inhaler tube from the cap, add 10 drops Defence Inhale Essence to the cotton wick and, insert the side of the wick with the oils in first and, close the cap at the bottom and secure the cap firmly. 

I2-NASAL INHALER ALUM 

Slide the bottom part of the inhaler tube from the cap. Remove the cap from the tube and, add 10 drops Defence Inhale Essence to the cotton wick and, insert the side of the wick with the oils in first and, close the cap at the bottom and secure the cap firmly.

To use, remove the cap of the nasal inhaler, and hold the stick up to your nostril, gently inhale deeply for a few times and repeat with your other nostril. The essence will quickly descend via the airways to enhance breathing, increasing nasal airflow, and potentially relieving congestion.

2. STEAM THERAPY

For steam inhalation, add one to two drops of  Defence Inhale essence to a steam inhaler or a bowl of hot steaming water, place your head over the vapour with your eyes closed, take slow deep breaths for 10 minutes to allow the evaporated steam to destroy pathogen activity along the paranasal sinus canal.

Perform patch and/or scent test before use. For any skin allergic reactions, run tap water or cool compress on affected areas until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid sunlight and keep children out of reach.

Essential oils are not safe to apply on the skin undiluted nor to consume any small amounts which can cause significant poisoning.

Do not drop oils on any face mask. The PET Inhaler is only recommended for 2 weeks usage and the Alum Inhaler can be reusable.
