SPA Bronchithry blend of decongestant and expectorant essential oils can easily reach the upper and lower parts of the respiratory tract with their therapeutic potency and volatility, offering an effective treatment for bronchitis.

1. BLENDED ESSENCE
Bath / Shower
To ease congested airways, premix two drops of blended essence to a neutral shower gel and bathe with hot steaming water; or add a few drops to a tub filled with warm hot steaming water, and immerse the body for 15 minutes or more.
For an instant relief, with one drop of blended essence on a palm, rub both palms together vigorously, cup over the nose and inhale deeply or add to a tissue or diffuser pendant for direct inhalation.
To clear infections and ease chesty coughs, switch on a steam inhaler filled with hot water, add two drops of blended essence into the water, closed your eyes, place your head over the steam and inhale and exhale via your nose, taking slow deep breaths.This method is very effective to breakdown phlegm and expel mucus.
To purify the air, switch on vaporiser to the maximum, add a few drops of blended essence according to the area size and intensity, and allow the oil to saturate the environment. Ensure all doors and windows are closed.
2. BLENDED OIL
Pre blended with sweet almond carrier oil which has high nutritious minerals for the skin.
Liniment / Massage
For a more profound relief, perform a heat rub with the blended oil once daily on the chest and upper back after shower or as directed by a consultant.
Contra-indicated during pregnancy. Perform patch and/or scent test before use. For any skin allergic reactions, run tap water or cool compress on affected areas until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid sunlight and keep children out of reach.
Essential oils are not safe to apply on the skin undiluted nor to consume any small amounts which can cause significant poisoning.
