Produced by Southern India, Indonesia and Malaysia. A well known herb with warming and stimulating properties used by the early European herbalists during the Middle ages. It's composition remained immeasurable with stimulating effects on the circulatory, digestive and musculoskeletal system.
Scent - Middle note
Fresh dry woody, warm spicy- extracted from dried, crushed ripe fruit.
Antispasmodic, carminative, diuretic, diaphoretic, laxative, rubefacient, stomachic, tonic.
Anaemia, arthritis, spleen debility, dyspepsia, constipation, flatulence, rheumatism, muscle stiffness.
Topical application - massage, compression, liniment;
Inhalation - direct inhalation, diffusion, vaporisation.
Vaporiser oil
Blackpepper warming oil dispel coldness and blends well with bergamot, cary sage, juniper and cedarwood essential oils.Ā
Switch on vaporiser to the maximum, add a few drops of blended essence with Blackpepper oil according to the area size and intensity, and allow the oil to evaporate to saturate the environment. Ensure all windows and doors are closed.
General regarded as safe. Perform patch and/or scent test before use. For any skin allergic reactions, run tap water or cool compress on affected areas until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid sunlight and keep children out of reach.
Essential oils are not safe to apply on the skin undiluted nor to consume any small amounts which can cause significant poisoning.
