SPA Bruise Ease is packed with three wonder essential oils with the ability to reduce inflammation, relieves pain, and to reduce bruise size and appearance rapidly with its anti-inflammatory and anti-hematomal properties.

Organic Pre Blend

Cypress essential oil- haemostatic, styptic , venous decongestant; Rosemary essential oil- antioxidant, analgesic, rubefacient- reduces pain, spur healing; Frankincense essential oil- cicatrisant, cytophylactic- promotes healing of bruises.

1. BLENDED ESSENCE

Cold Compression

Apply one - two drops of blended essence immediately on the impacted areas and use ice packs or cold compresses to help reduce the size of bruising. Repeat the procedures if necessary.

Hot Compression 

To ease bruising and pain, add a few drops of blended essence to a warm hand hot water in a bowl, saturate a small towel or gauze depending on the size of the affected areas, wring off excess water and compress the towel on the injury; or apply a hot pack over the affected areas. Repeat until the pain subsides. 

 2. BLENDED OIL

Pre blended with sweet almond carrier oil which has high nutritious minerals for healing skin.

Liniment / Massage

To reduce the visibility of bruises and pain, roll blended oil on the affected areas and massage lightly every hourly or whenever necessary.

Perform patch and/or scent test before use. For any skin allergic reactions, run tap water or cool compress on affected areas until redness subsided. Store essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place and avoid sunlight and keep children out of reach.

Essential oils are not safe to apply on the skin undiluted nor to consume any small amounts which can cause significant poisoning.
