1. Eligibility
1.1 The Spin the Wheel game (“the Game”) is open to individuals aged 18 and older.

2. How to Participate
2.1 To participate in the Game, individuals must enter their contact details.
2.2 The Game is available from 4th January 2025 to 28th February 2025.
2.3 Participants can spin the wheel once.

3. Prizes
3.1 Prizes available in the Game include discounts
3.2 The value of each prize varies. 

• RM10 OFF with a minimum purchase of RM50
• RM20 OFF with a minimum purchase of RM50
• RM30 OFF with a minumum purchase of RM100
• RM50 OFF with a minimum purchase of RM100

3.3 Discount Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
3.4 Discount Voucher cannot be used to transfer into SPA credit points.

3.5 Discount Voucher cannot be combined with existing credit points to reduce the total amount of bill.

4. In-House Shalom Guest

4.1 Guests of Shalom Suites are eligible to participate in the lucky draw, with the discount limited to a maximum of RM30. 

5. General Terms
5.1 The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Game at any time without prior notice.
5.2 By participating, all participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Game and in accordance with Specialized Professional Aromatherapy.

5.3 Participants are permitted to spin the wheel only once or enter the lucky draw once in-store. Additionally, the discount voucher is exclusively for use by the participant and cannot be transferred.
5.4 Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the organizer, which are final and binding.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Specialized Professional Aromatherapy is not responsible for any technical difficulties or errors that may affect the Game, including but not limited to issues with the website, app, or other systems.
6.2 Specialized Professional Aromatherapy is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Game or acceptance of any prize.

7. Disqualification
7.1 The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of the Game, violating these Terms and Conditions, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
7.2 Disqualified participants may be excluded from future promotions.

9. Publicity
9.1 By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
