Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. We accept damaged or incorrect items received by our client.
  2. We practice a NO Moneyback Refund Policy.
  3. Email the filled contact form on our webpage, or send us a Refund & Exchange request via email, spa.redessential@gmail.com.
  4. All returns will be verified by our authorised person and duration of the replacement will be done within 3 days upon receipt of returned / damaged items.
  5. If the product is out of stock, a replacement product at the same value or higher can be arranged.
